We are currently present in 21 locations across East, South and West India. Our aim is to create a wide network of service centres pan India by 2023 that will cater to the mass un/underserved markets. Our research indicates that a huge percentage of the population residing in smaller locations are not aware of various insurance products and how these can be utilised to mitigate the risks they face in their day to day life. In order to serve this customer base, curated products offered by top Insurance companies; along with an end to end, digital process from onboarding to claim settlement is the model we are working on. After all, the next half billion customers for Digital India are going to come from these markets.
